All homes come unfurnished (optional furniture rental available). All homes have a
washer & dryer. Security deposit and 1st months required at move in. All rental agreements are month-to-month. Pets allowed upon managers approval and additional (non-refundable) deposit and monthly rent.

Utilities included in rent (paid by landlord): heating fuel

Utilities not included in rent (paid by tenant): electricity, water/sewer, cable/internet
